    These terms of use govern your access and use of services that Reid Reporting Services provides to our customers, or on behalf of our customers and partners.

    Services means Reid Reporting Services products and services, such as website, cloud electronic records including associated systems such as business management systems, mobile applications and other related products with terms are posted.

    By downloading, registering for access, accessing or using any of the services at which these terms are posted, or by affirming acceptance of these terms you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services or any part herein.

    These terms shall always remain in effect until you cease using the services and delete all applications related to the services or otherwise terminate partnering with Reid Reporting Services.

  3. Content and intellectual property information
    Reid Reporting Services content is proprietary, and content may not be used without expressed written permission. This includes animation, applets, audio data, design, graphics, illustrations, images, information, logo, music, photographs, text, video and any files displayed, used and or available through website, letter, or emails. Reid Reporting Services reserves all rights, title and interest in content and services.

    Except as expressly provided in these terms or by Reid Reporting Services' express written consent you shall not copy, modify, reformat, lease, loan, sell, distribute, encode, post publicly display, publish, republish, reproduce, derive creative works from, translate, upload or exploit in any manner any part of the services and content.

  4. Access and use of the services
    Reid Reporting Services uses the means it believes are reasonable to provide access to services Monday through Friday, during business hours and to provide necessary repair or maintenance operations required for the smooth operations of the services. Reid Reporting Services does acknowledge that data conversion and transmission in the services is subject to the possibility of human and machine error, omissions, delays and losses, including inadvertent loss of data damage to media. Reid Reporting Services disclaims any liability for such errors, omissions, delays or losses, though all attempts will be made to correct errors, omissions and losses using all means possible. To access use or downloaded services Reid Reporting Services may be required to obtain personal information about yourself (or the person or entity on whose behalf you are accessing, using or downloading services). This information may include your name, email address, telephone number and SMS consent. By submitting such information to Reid Reporting Services, you authorize Reid Reporting Services to use any method it chooses to verify accuracy, communicate information to utilize services.

    You may only use the services for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws.
